New User: Need Help

I just migrated from Google Play to Spotify Premium.  I signed into the Community.  How do I ask questions...how do I post?  All that's available to me is searching.  I have tried to find answers in new user guides, but they aren't helping.  I have finally found a button that says "Post a Topic" here in the middle of someone else's topic, but I don't see anything in the top menu.  I'm trying to evaluate Spotify Premium before my free month runs out.  Thanks.

The Spotify Community is available to all Spotify users whether you’re on Premium or Free. It’s a place to come to if you need help with anything Spotify, or just want to help out others.
