New account to old Facebook

SO I have this new account on spotfi and can't connect to my facebook profile because of my old spotfi account. I did log out already but it's still not working. To make it even worst, I can't delete my old spotfi account and can't even log in on it because it says it's some other country's account and I can't acess it because it has past 14 days. So the deal is: I can't connect to my friends on facebook through spotfi because it won't let me do it. How can I fix this mess... thanks

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
