New computer, now phone and pc not in sync

My computer was recently re-imaged, and I'm guessing that messed up something with my account.  I downloaded the Spotify app on my pc, but when I login, none of my playlists exist.  It looks like a new account (compared to Spotify on my Android phone).

Also, when I tried to update my Account Profile, it said my mobile was associated with another account.

Can someone help me resolve this?

Hello!

You shouldn't display your email in a public forum. It seems like you have created a new account, are you connected to facebook or did you sign up through Facebook the first time?

Just hidden that email address from the public so you don't get any spam. 

Definitely sounds like you have signed into a different account. Its amazingly easy to have two completely seperate accounts, one with a Spotify login and another through Facebook so check your details.
