New email can't get onto account

My Question or Issue

I was logged out of my account and do not know the password. I tried the password reset multiple times but just now realized that I had used my old email that I can not get onto anymore. I'm wondering if there is any way I can get back onto that account so that I can get my private playlists back.

In cases of old accounts or e-mail used for them it's best if you reach out to support through this contact page and have them take a closer look.

Thanks so much for your advice but I’ve already been on that site and tried every method of searching for help. I even sent in a support request and got back an email just telling me to go on this website and look for my question/make a post.
