New iphone 6, spotify no longer showing premium

Hi,

I have a premium account (and have done for a while)

I have a new mobile (iphone 6s) and i installed spotify from the app store.  I log in, using my spotify username (not facebook/email etc) and login just fine.  

The issue is that the account shows as a free account and my playlists are missing.

I have tried:

Logging out / In

Deleting the app (& data) and reinstalling from the appstore

Logging in with facebook

None of which work

Some help would be appreciated
