New password no access

New password no access

My family have upgraded our account from Premium to Premium family. I received an invite from Spotify and is now registered as a member of family under account, directly via e-mail.

 

When trying to log on I get error message that account or password is wrong. After resetting password I get mail with link to spotify.com. After changing password successfully, I try to log on via app. Still same error message.

 

How can I log on to account from app?

@bjornarald hey there, sorry to hear you're having log in issues:

 

have you tried: 

  • reinstalling the app
  • logging in through the spotify web player, and on different devices
  • logging in with your username?

it is possible for the person who bought the family account to remove you from the subscription and re-invite you. This may resolve the issue.
