New password, no subscription!

I recently had been logged out of my account from a glitch I had in my phone. I then had to change my password in this process. In me changing my password it made my account a free account. I also lost all of my music I downloaded and saved into playlists. I have tried to log out and back in but same result. Now I even have a pending charge on my bank account.
