New phone won't update playlists

New phone won't update playlists

I have a Family account on my previous phone. It broke so I got a new one. When I log in on my new phone, my user image doesn't show, it's not showing I have a family plan, and I can't retrieve my playlists created on my previous phone. Need help please.

Hey @

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Hope it helps. 🙂

To resolve this, try logging out and back in, ensuring you're using the correct credentials. If the problem persists, contact customer support for your music service provider. They can assist in reactivating your Family plan, restoring your user image, and retrieving your playlists.
