My Question or Issue

I have got a New phone an I can not seem to get info my account. Asked for a New password, did not get in to my ord account.

Let's see if this is a problem only with the app itself. Could you try logging on to your Spotify account here? If you're able to log in, then try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

 

If you're not able to log in and it's giving you an error message, try resetting your password here. If doing that also gives you trouble, send me a screenshot of what you see on your send so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
