New premium account via Vodafone UK merge with/move to existing Spotify account

New premium account via Vodafone UK merge with/move to existing Spotify account

Hi, I've accidentally created a new Premium account through a Vodafone UK subscription offer but I what I should have done is apply the Vodafone offer to my existing Spotify account so that I don't lose playlists followers etc.  How can I fix this i.e. close the new account and apply the Vodafone Premium offer to my existing account? Many many thanks for any help on this.

Hey there @nxenios and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

Don't worry! Use the contact form to get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff and they'll try to do some magic and merge your accounts 🙂  Just remember to reply to the automated email you'll receive after you've sent the form, even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
