New subscription

New subscription

So, since my last account was activated via Facebook which i deactivated, i had to find a way to keep spotify.  I made a new account using the normal way, paid the subscription and money went away from my card.  Will that means that i will be able to listen for 2 months without paying? (i won't cancel my sub, i just ask if i will be forced to pay 2 times)

Thanks in advance

Hey @Woopsix

Thanks for getting in touch with us on the Spotify Community!

If you had a subscription set up on the deactivated Facebook account, it would need to be cancelled to make sure that you don't receive duplicate charges. To make sure of this, reach out to our Accounts team. To reach them, get in touch with us on Twitter (@SpotifyCares), or via our contact form here.

Should you reach to the team via the contact form, you may receive what looks like an automated reply. If you do, just get back to it and the right team will receive your email. Also, if you let us know the 8 digit case # here, we'll get this chased up for you too.

I hope that directs you further.

Sorry for making you misunderstand.

I logged to the previous account, made via facebook, listed my songs, cancelled my account subscrition there and deactivated facebook again since i had to activate it to log in

Further, i logged to the new account and made a new subscription.  What i want to know is that i paid my subscription on the new account, will Spotify drag money again in 2 months (April) or in the following month? (March).
