Okay so I'm having a couple of problems with spotify I have at least seven playlist but it's only saying I have one also I cannot figure out how to put a picture on here I allowed spotify to use my Facebook but still no picture if you could help with the playlist and picture thing that would be great thank you!

Picture for playlist is only feature for commercial accounts, like record labels.

When you say it is showing you only have 1 playlist, where is that exactly? 

As for your Facebook picture not being displayed, sometimes it can take a little time for Spotify to grab that data from Facebook. If you could post a link to your profile (Click on your name in the top right corner of the client > Profile > Right click on your name at the top > Copy Spotify URI > Paste here) I would be happy to check it out for you.
