Newly added Family Members cannot follow Artists

Newly added Family Members cannot follow Artists

Hello, I have recently added my 3 family members to my subscription under the Family Plan.  They can find, play, skip, etc. all music.  However, they are all unable to permanently follow artists.  When they follow artists and then close/re-open Spotify, their artist list disappears.  Any ideas?

Keep us posted. We'll see what we can suggest.

No, this is no longer an issue. Family members rebooted their devices a
few times and it started working. They are able to follow artists. Thanks!
