No Chromecast voucher, no account upgrade, no reply from Spotify

Hello,

 

I paid to upgrade to premium on Feb 21 to take advantage of the free Chromcast deal. My account is still listed ass free and I haven't recived a voucher. I contacted Spotify through the contact for and have not heard back. The subsription and Chromcast was meant to be a birthday gift so hoping to resolve asap.

 

I recived the following confirmation when I placed the order:

 

Product: Premium
Order number: 13669215337XXXX
Date: February 21, 2016
A receipt will be sent to your email.

Your Chromecast voucher will be sent in a separate email within 7 days.
