No Famliy options visible

No Famliy options visible

I created a new account.

I started a family premium YEARLY account, I got the paypal email

and I can't see family options in the account.

 

on spotify.com/account/family I see 3 dots are loading and nothing is happens

in my profil I can see, that I can use the premium account till 20.04.21

 

How can I fix that?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features.  

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

I'm in the correct account.
I got the paypal email over 119,88€uro
but I can't see the family options
I just can change to monthly family account for 14,99€uro
