No Longer Linked to Facebook - why do I still see my FB friends playlists on the main page?

I am not linked to Facebook, I do not have any facebook friends listed in the "People" section on my Windows app. Why then do I see Trending Playlists Among Friends from people I am not friends with. If I am disconnected from FB, how are you getting this information? I have uninstalled, cleared cache and cookies and reinstalled. Also, I am having the same issue on my mobile app for Android.

Please tell me how to get rid of these peoples Playlists and Tracks. It is ruining Spotify for me as they have horrific taste in music.

Edited to add: Is there some kind of privacy violation by Spotify accessing my FB friends info although permission has not been granted to do so?

Hi cgunn4321 - This hasn't been reported again for some time. What version of Spotify are you using? You're seeing people you're not friends with in the Spotify Social sidebar?
