No Notification Emails

I used to receive emails every Friday from Spotify advising which artists I was following had new music up on Spotify. Seems to have completely stopped working as there has been a ton of new music being released from artists I follow but no email notification or even in Spotify itself. I checked my settings, all good. Nothing going into spam. Just weird.

Dear Wooderson.
Try the following steps for troubleshooting your Spotify email notifications by going here:

1. Go to your browser and find spotify on the web.
2. Log into your Account.
3. Find 'Account Mangement' by clicking on your Spotify username on the right upper side.
4. After going to review your Account, go to "Notifications settings" and be sure you have checked all squares with "Tick" and then click "SAVE".

Yup. All checked off for weeks..still nothing.

Spotify without the discovery is worthless to me.

I pay money to keep on top of the artists I follow and discover new ones, and the whole service moving away from that model is antithetical to me even using this service.

For those having trouble with missing notifications, please try the following:

1. pop over here for your notification settings.

2. remove all ticks/turn off all notifications, and save settings.

3. reset the notifications you want, and save once more.

In most cases, this should bring your notifications back as before.
(Some notifications options are removed, check your settings to see what has changed)
