My Question or Issue

I can’t login into my account because I am not receiving password reset emails to any of my inboxes. I have two Spotify accounts, one is an old free account, and one is a premium account provided to me by Starbucks, which I use under the username Wesssels and is the one I’m having issues logging into. 

 

Ive sent numerous contact forms and haven’t gotten a response at all in days. So I’ve come here, please advise.

Hello!

 

If you're not receiving the reset pasword e-mail you might want to try again and see if it works, if you still don't receive the e-mail possibly you misspelled your e-mail when you registered.

Along with what others said, Make sure to check your junk/spam folder, occasionally it can slip into their. Hopefully one of these the two options posted can help. If not please let me know so I can help you out!
