No Premium Features in Family account

No Premium Features in Family account

Hi,

 

ohne of four Accounts in our family account has no premium Features.

Not in Android, IPad or PC....

What i have tried: new login, new setup, Disable and reanable account, new invotation...

Nothing works. App say, I'm in the family group..but no premium features accessible..

All Members have the same home-adress.

Any ideeas?

Hey @Sofel 

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

You can try to log on in browser with the acount which is paying for familie and remove and add the acount where you cant use the premium features.
