No Premium after using Giftcard

Hello,
today I bought a 10€ Giftcard and used its code, it got accepted but I still have no Premium, while every other time I did it like this, I got upgraded immediately. How can I get my premium now?

Are you sitll having issues?

If so, please try now by logging out completly also check your account is not logged in on any other devices. 

Then please try again by logging back in.
