My Visa number changed (new chip), so Spotify didn't receive payment for two weeks. When I attempted to reactive my Premium account with my new Visa card, the monthly price had increased by $3.00. It doesn't seem fair, and there is no number or person that I'm able to contact.

 

I'm tempted to try Apple Music's free trial—just for the possiblity of better customer service.
