I paid for Spotify premium almost 3 weeks ago and still remain using the free version. At first Spotify would not accept my payment for an unknown reason, but then I used PayPal and it went through. However, after taking my money, I'm still on the free version. I went through the steps of re-installing, logging out and back in but to no effect. I tried contacting support via Twitter DM, contact form (Spotify Case # 02873565), and even creating PayPal dispute. I have not heard one word from Spotify. Needless to say I am not a happy customer. I know there are a few threads in this forum about this issue, but hopefully creating my own thread will lead to Spotify Support actually helping me out.
I ended up creating multiple support cases because support has not responded to any of them (I have also replied to all of the automated emails, despite the no-reply tag).
Thanks.
By creating multiple cases you do nothing but making slow support responses.
I understand this concept but when I haven't heard anything after 2 weeks of creating my case, I can't expect that it will get much slower. Then my second case was dismissively met with the immediate response that I should simply read the forums and documentation. I think I have justification for creating multiple cases.
I attempted to DM @SpotifyCares but I didn't get a response. My Twitter account is private and would like to avoid making it public simply so I can interact with Spotify Support.
In order to DM the twitter account, it needs to follow you.
