No acces

After getting a new phone i will have no acces to my account to start spotify.

I have spotify premium and i am the admin. Tried to get a new password

But it does not work.

I have bought me a new phone and i pinstalled the spotify app new. Then i tried to log in but i forgot my password. I tried to get a new one but spotify does not recogniced my mail adress. If i tried to log in with my user name and the last password i remember (??) there is a message that it does not work in the moment and i shall try later.
