No access my profile

Hi
I have logged in with a new phone, but my player lists are gone. I also have Premium.

How do I access my profile?

Since I have a Premium subscription, it's so strange that I get into the free version

I found that there were more users on my email address. In fact, I do not know who is the prodile with the playlists. However I deleted 2 profiles.
Since I'm charged each month for Premium, it may be possible to find information about it somewhere.

On your Android

1. Connect your phone to a computer with a USB cable.
2. In your computer files, find and open Android > data > com.spotify.music > files > spotifycache > users.
3. All usernames you've logged into on this device will show under this folder. 

Note: It’s not possible to browse folders with your Android phone without connecting to a computer, but there are apps available that enable you to do so.

In this case,  let’s use the following string to look up the accounts you find, to see if you recognize any of your playlists. The string can be pasted in the search bar:

“spotify:user:username”
