No access to Email & Facebook help :(

Hi i logged an issue via contact form however you have said i will receive a reply to the email address connected with my facebook which is a college emaila ddress that i no longer have access to whatsoever.

I am deleting my facebook and have a premium account under khughes5011@coatbridge.ac.uk i want all my playlists/subscription transfered to the account under keldo05 (kelly.hughes05@gmail.com) can this be done? as above i can not access the emails connected to my facebook so please dont advise me to contact you using the form as i have already done this 😞

I also have acces to both accounts if this helps any, thanks in advance

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
