Hello,

I have a problem with my account. I lost my password from Spotify and the password for my Email. I used to have Spotity Premium, but last month Spotify couldnt get the money from my bank account. So I havent payed for it last month. Since I cant log in anymore I cant change the payment method neither see if I have to repay something.

I apologize for my bad english.

Well, that's a problem you've got there. I can't help you with it but you should try to contact spotify. I don't know in which country you live, but just search on google: Spotify contact, you will see contact information for every country there. (contact information(s) are on the official spotify website.

First, you need to be able to get into your email, so google reset [your type of email] password. After doing that, reset your spotify password here.
