No access to email

Hi! Please if anyone from Spotify is here. Heres my problem:

I was with an ex boyfriend when I created my first Spotify account which is on premium until present. Spotify then updated on my phone and the next thing I know, it logged out on its own. I cannot use the forgot password link because then it would be sent to my ex boyfriend's email address which of course I don't have access to and we haven't talked for 2 years so I don't know how I am going to be able to restore my account. Please please help me. My life, my songs, my play lists, they're all there. Please help me. Looking forward for any solutions.
