No access

(Sorry about my english, i'm not that good in the language.., hope you'll understand me anyway..) I can't access to My Spotify Premium-account.. 😞 I have contacted My operator and they asked me to "reload" the spotify app and I did but still have no access.. I can use Spotify on My laptop, no problems there.. When I tap on My spotify app it's only a white screen in front of me and nothing happens.. No Messages about anything. I pay 99 swedish crowns Every Month and now spotify have been "down" for 4-5 days and it's not ok!! I miss My music!!!! So what to do? /JMASC

Forgot to say that it's on My iPhone 4s i've no access. And the other apps works fine so there's no problem with My phone!

Please could you change your localazation settings to something else, and then hard reboot by holding the home and sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears? I can't remember the exact setting name 😛
