Due to failing a payment and restarting it via my wifes part of our family account I can't log in to my own account anymore and if i try the reset password function it says my email isnt an active account. Yet if i look for the account I can find it and see all my public playlists and everything. My wife has put me on her family account again with another email but i want my playlists back from the other one.

That's exactly what happened to me too... I don't know if our account got deleted or something. I can't access to my account also. But I just want my playlist back
