No button to create new idea

My Question or Issue

There is no button to create a new idea in the ideas forum.

Thanks for reaching out - we’re here to help!
 

In order to post a new idea you need to first open this page. Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the label More things you can do.

Under this label on the right you'll see the sub-label Submit a brand new idea and a button saying LET'S GO. Click on the button and you can start creating your idea post.   

If this doesn't work as expected we suggest you open the page in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.
