I pay for unlimited but still have commercial breaks,and my account says i have free,how to do to get rid of commercials break?

Are you sure your unlimited subscription is active? What is your subscription status on your online overview?

If it says your account is unlimited, then try logging out and back into the Spotify client. 

If it says your account is free, then make sure your last payment went through okay and that you are using the correct log in information.

Angus71 - Can you make sure you log in with your Facebook details, you should then get your Unlimited.

I am haviing the same problem. I'm logged in as a permium member and a commercial just played. WTH?!

Hey 🙂 

You will not hear commercials if you are logged in using a premium account, are you sure your last payment went through okay? 

I would suggest you log into your online overview and check your subscription status. If it says you have premium and you are still getting adverts, try logging out and back in again.

Strange, in the desktop client does it say "Spotify Unlimited" at the top? 

A quick log out and back in is always a good idea too. What type of adverts are you getting?

'Announcements' from Spotify. To me, that's a commercial. I get jolted out of my workout. It is precisely why I upgraded. I do not want those, just music.

What device are you using? 

Unlimited only removes adverts in the desktop and web players, if you are using a mobile or a tablet you will hear adverts with unlimited.

Can you just double check your account is showing as unlimited when you log into your online overview?

Thats the problem ... I am.registred as a Free and I am not.. I think maybe because I have played for free on my phone, there is som mixup in the settings?
