Yesterday I invited two family members but only one received the confirmation mail / code for christmas.
Maybe I misspelled the mail adress but I can't find any information for this. The payment information telles me that I do pay for two familymembers.

You should be able to go into your family subscription management page and re-invite the person 🙂
My familymembers havent got any mail to be invited for an account even if I have invited them twice.
And I do have written the correct mailadress.
What can I do?
