No customer service??!!

Is spotify f.. Serious? They don't want to spend one dollar on support? Customer service? But charge monthly 15 bucks? They let the community handle ALL their business? How poor is that?

I have a problem which only the customer service could solve. It's an administrative problem. How can the community help?

Anyone please, how can I f.. reach a spotify support agent? This is nasty. Nowhere an email address or phone number.. And Facebook chat is a joke too. They must laugh about us letting them proceed like this.

We just use the Community for easy to reach posts and solutions. Where users can come together and help each other.
