My Question or Issue

I had a chat with Spotify Support about no daily mixes being shown after more than 2 weeks. As expected, they asked me the usuals (logout/login back, reinstall the app, etc.) but what surprised me is when they encouraged me to try on another device...

 

How using another device could help? I expect my daily mixes to be available on ALL my devices (I know it's different for the web player...).

 

Any idea why?

Sometimes it may take more time to be ready for some users.

Nothing's wrong, it's just taking it's time to be prepared, maybe this thread might help you more.
