 Hello everyone,

 

I just tried to delete two accounts of mine, but never received an email. I checked for the correct spelling several times as well as the functionality of my email provider.

 

Could someone of the support take a look at it and delete these accounts, since I did not use these in years.

This is the second account

Try clearing your email totally so nothing is in it, then try doing one at a time to delete them. Sometimes when spotify is having alot of traffic it cannot send. But try to do one then wait an hour or two and look in your email connected to that account.

I'd recommend you try closing your accounts again following the steps here. You should also make sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
