Hello. Im trying to connect my sonos together with spotify, but i am not getting the email, that is suposed to be sent to me, so i have no chance of getting my device password. What can i do?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get that email out to you manually. There have been several posts about this lately, so I have escalated it as a possible service issue with the Spotify staff.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
