No e-mail linked on my spotify

Apple gave me a e-mail for Spotify that should forward things sent by Spotify to my personal e-mail. I am trying to reset my password, without knowing my old password. However, when I put in my personal e-mail, it says there is not Spotify account with my account, and if I put my apple provided e-mail, I don't get any e-mail.

I would suggest starting by using this support page to locate all the accounts listed with your details.

In addition, checking any kind of spam or junk folders in your inbox, also promotional tabs if available, is a good idea.

Just jumping in to add something to what @OneByBoo suggested.

Have you already tried turning email forwarding on/off in the following way? iOS settings > iCloud > Password and Security > Apple ID Logins > Spotify > Forward to.

On top of it, it'd be great to double-check you the correct notification settings for Spotify here.
