Nowhere on this site can I find information on what you get with premium vs. unlimited. The contact form doesn't work. You almost had a new customer. What a stupid reason to lose one.

Free: Music with ads, time limited to 2.5 hours per week and you can have up to 10 hours collected in your account. If you are in the UK or France, there's also a 5 plays per track limit.

Unlimited: No time limits, no advertisements.

Premium: Unlimited + Mobile app, 320kbps quality, offline playlists.
