My Question or Issue

So my Facebook account was deactivated and my email provider is no longer up and running “fsmail” got my account number tried all passwords I can remember but can’t log in to the account.. unable to reset password as email connected to account isn’t there anymore and my Facebook account link to the account is no longer, is there anyway to get this account back up and running or is this a lost cause?
