No me aparecen mis playlist , desde suscripción con movistar a spotify premium

Hola a todos, era usuario de spotify con cuenta unlimited desde hace varios años, siguiendo los pasos de movistar cancele esta suscripción para registrarme a esta promoción mi sorpresa es que me estan cobrando el servicio, pero mi cuenta en spotify aperece como free.  Para rematar no me aparece ninguna de mis anteriores playlist.

Si busco alguna de estas playlist que eran publicas aparecen es como si me hubieran generado un nuevo id de usuario.

Incluyo el id de usuario anterior donde tengo todas mis playlist cuando era unlimited el id es 1115769224
y el actual después de realizar lo de movistar es 11157077752

Alguien me puede ayudar? lo peor es no tener esos playlist elaborados durante 2 años.

Hey! Apologies for the English reply, we don't have a lot of Spanish speakers here on the community. 

It looks like you have set up a duplciate account on your Facebook which is why you can no longer access your old playlists. It shouldn't be an issue to get those playlists moved over to your Premium account for you, but it isn't something we can do here on the community. You will need to get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to do this for you. Feel free to write to them in Spanish - they are a much more multi-lingual bunch than us on the community! 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
