I don't receive notifications anymore and have no push anymore. in my account, all is selected!

Spotify are not sending push notifications at this time. Do make sure you opt into email notifications over at https://spotify.com/account/notifications.
You can also head to Browse > New Releases to find the latest releases updated every Friday.
My options are all saved for email notifications but i haven't had an email in a year at least.
