No nus discount

I have had my nus card for a long time and has only now just started making me pay £9.99 instead of £4.99

That doesn't sound quite right. 

The problem is that the student discount only lasts 12 months. This is the reason for the £9.99 charge.

I suggest you to sign into the student discount again.

And your discount will be applied on your next payment day. ^^
