No offline files

I have no offline files anymore on any devices? Is there a fault? Annoying... I'm paying for this service

What device are you using? Are the playlists still showing but the tracks are no longer playable offline?

What the hell Spotify. I was forced to re-login and when I did so all my offline files on my phone are gone. When i check to my devices i have the same phone 3 times. How the hell does this happen and how does the same one device count as 3 devices. Now i have to spend all this time re-syncing 700+ files. NOT HAPPY.

@DeeJay21 - Sounds like the cache on your phone is being damaged or removed. What type of device is it and do you have any security or cache cleaning apps installed?

i am using the iphone 5. Correct, the tracks are playable but not available offline like they used to be.

I am using the Iphone 5. I have no cache cleaning apps installed. Spotify logged me out and when i logged back in they playlists were all there but not offline files/playlists.

Very strange, have you upgraded your iOS lately?
