No option to add profile photo

My Question or Issue

I've been searching through the net, including the help docs of Spotify, for tutorials on how to upload a profile photo to my account. Every article I read says that I can only upload/change my photo through the desktop app but no matter how much I follow the instructions, there doesn't seem to be the CHANGE option in my account when I hover over my account's profile photo
 

See attached photo, I'm currently hovering my mouse pointer on the avatar placeholder but it does not show the CHANGE option as stated in various tutorials

P.S. My desktop app is updated. Tried reinstalling but to no avail

I just got an update from spotify and I finally can change my profile picture.

you need too be rockstar status to do that

Everyone change profile picture on their Spotify account. 

If you want to use your own profile picture here in Community, then yes, you need to be a part of the Rock Star Program.
