No puedo abrir la aplicación

Hola! 

Hace algunos días que no puedo abrir la aplicación, me pide loguearme y me aparece un cartel que dice que mi estado es offline que me conecte para abrir sesión y tiene un botón de "conectar" el cual apreto y no hace nada.

Ya borre la app y la volví a instalar pero eso hace que tenga que descargar todas las canciones de vuelta y ya me canse de hacerlo... Esto tiene solución o le doy de baja a la suscripción?
