No puedo agregar a un familiar a mi plan familiar

No puedo agregar a un familiar a mi plan familiar

Cuando mando el enlace a mi esposa para agregarla al plan familiar, al poner la dirección le dice que no es la misma, que verifique la direccion, ya abri mi cuenta y cheque la dirección y es la misma yo no se porque sigue diciendo lo mismo, todos estamos registrados en el mismo país.

We can see that you mention that you're registered in the same country but Just to confirm, did you check if you have the same Country settings on your account page?

 

Also, can you ask your wife to enter her address on a different device or in a private/incognito window to see if the issue persists?
