No puedo iniciar la sesión

No puedo iniciar la sesión

No puedo iniciar sesión en mi cuenta con el correo [Tu Correo Electrónico]. Al intentar restablecer la contraseña, dice que el correo no está asociado. Al intentar registrarme, dice que la cuenta ya existe. Ya intenté iniciar sesión con Google, Facebook y Apple, y tampoco funciona. El problema persiste en la aplicación móvil (reinstalada) y en el reproductor web. Necesito que revisen el estado de mi cuenta, ya que parece estar bloqueada o en un estado de error interno.
