No puedo realizar el pago

No puedo realizar el pago

Me dice que mi spotify esta en pausa, y no me deja realizar el pago. He probado con 3 tarjetas distintas, todas con fondos y activas y no efectúa el cobro, me aparece un mensaje que dice que es un mal día para mi banco o tarjeta.

Can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and give it another try? You could use different browsers to do it.

If it doesn't help, you can get in touch with our Accounts team from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username and they will take a closer look at this.

Ayudaaaa, me pasa lo mismo. No me deja realizar el pago. Probé también con 3 tarjetas distintas, hasta llamé a los distintos bancos para cerciorarme de que todo está bien y no efectúa el cobro, me sigue apareciendo el mismo mensaje de que es un mal día para mi banco o tarjeta.
