No "All Songs" playlist -- Doesn't exist???

My Question or Issue

To my family plan, I added my brother. For some reason, his home page for his music is not at all like mine or the rest of my family -- he does not have an all songs option to listen to all the songs he's saved. His options are quite limited and it's frustrating to use -- I've taken a screenshot. I thought maybe as he saved more music it would change, but it's so limited. I really need some help figuring this out.

This is what mine looks like - despite this being Galaxy VS Pixel, still android so should be same app. So many more options on mine and I just dont understand why. All my other family members are the same as me
