No receipt on one payment. Double billed.

No receipt on one payment. Double billed.

I was charged for subscription to my bank on 3/12/17 and I had no receipt or details. I logged into my account online and seen a message to update my payment details, added Paypal and I was imediately charged again today on 3/15/17. There is a receipt for that. I need to clear up double charge for March. How do I fix?

Hey @frankprz38,

 

If you didn't get any email receipt for the first charge, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.
